I've never tried melon and prosciutto together before, but I'm glad I did. It's a great combination.

I'm allergic to melon, so I made this dish with pineapple instead. It was still delicious!

I didn't have any prosciutto, so I used Serrano ham instead. It worked just as well.

This recipe was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a different type of melon, like a honeydew.

I'm not a big fan of melon, but I really enjoyed this dish. The prosciutto and balsamic vinegar really balanced out the sweetness of the melon.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover melon. I had some cantaloupe that was about to go bad, and this was the perfect way to use it up.

This was a light and refreshing summer dish! The melon was sweet and juicy, and the prosciutto added a nice salty flavor. The balsamic vinegar and mint added a nice tang and freshness.
