Melissa's Casserole image

The name "Melissa's Casserole" stuck. I got this recipe from my sister who's name is Melissa. It is very tasty and creamy! Great to eat over rice or alone! My children all request Auntie Melissa's Casserole all the time and even ask her to make it when she is here in San Francisco visiting! :)

This casserole was a great way to use up leftover chicken. It was easy to make and very delicious. I served it with a side of rice and it was a perfect meal. I will definitely be making this again.

This casserole was easy to make and turned out well. I liked that it was a one-dish meal, so there was less cleanup. However, I found it to be a bit too salty for my taste. Next time, I will reduce the amount of salt I add.

I was disappointed with this casserole. It was very dry and the flavors were not very good. I followed the recipe exactly, but I think I must have done something wrong. I won't be making this again.

This casserole was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either. I followed the recipe exactly, but I found the flavors to be a bit bland. I think I would have liked it better if I had added some more spices or herbs.

I've made this casserole several times now and it's always a favorite. It's so easy to make and always comes out perfect. I love that it's a one-dish meal, so there's less cleanup. I usually serve it with a side of salad or steamed vegetables.

This casserole was a hit with my family! It was easy to make and tasted delicious. I used ground turkey instead of beef, and it turned out great. I also added some chopped carrots and celery to the veggies. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
