Melissa's Broccoli Casserole image

This recipe was given me by my Cousin and is by far my favorite recipe for broccoli casserole. Pure comfort food!

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 large head fresh broccoli
10 1/2 oz can crem of mushroom soup
1 c mayo
2 eggs, beaten
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
20 ritz crackers, crushed

Steps:

  • 1. Steam the broccoli until nice and tender, chop florets into small pieces.
  • 2. Place the broccoli in a large bowl and add in the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
  • 3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

This casserole was a little too bland for my taste. I would add more salt and pepper next time.
