Mediterranean Wild Rice & Pasta With Sun-Dried Tomatoes image

A friend of a friend made this dish at a party and it was so simple, tasty and beautiful. I didn't get the recipe, so I guessed on the proportions and it came out perfect. This is best served at room temperature. Enjoy!

This dish was a bit too oily for my taste. Next time, I'll use less olive oil or drain the sun-dried tomatoes before adding them to the pan.

I'm allergic to tomatoes, so I substituted sun-dried artichokes instead. The dish turned out fantastic, and my family loved it!

This recipe was a disaster! The rice and pasta were overcooked, and the sun-dried tomatoes were chewy.

I followed the recipe to a T, but the dish came out a bit bland. Maybe I should have added more herbs or spices.
