Mediterranean Turkey Bagelwiches image

1 container (5 ounces) refrigerated hummus
4 bagels, cut horizontally in half
1/2 pound sliced smoked turkey
1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
16 spinach leaves

Steps:

  • Spread about 1 tablespoon hummus over each of 4 bagel halves.
  • Layer turkey, cucumber, onion and spinach on bagel halves with hummus. Top with remaining bagel halves.
