Mediterranean Chi-Chi Burgers image

A taste of the mediteranian with a hint of Mexican heat. One of the best burgers I've ever tasted. Many many variations if you choose!

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup of grated feta
1/4 cup of chopped olive (dont sqeeze out all the juice)
1/4 cup prepared salsa
1 tablespoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon cayenne
4 tablespoons mild paprika
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne

Steps:

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and let sit in the fridge for 15 minutes or so . Remove from fridge and make 8 patties . BBQ till done. Serve with grilled eggplant and lettuce or anything else you like on your burger . Can also be called sausage burger. ENJOY!
