1 pound lean ground beef
1 egg
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
2 cups reduced-sodium beef broth
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
6 ounces egg noodles, cooked following pkg directions
Steamed broccoli (optional)

These meatballs were a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll reduce the amount of salt next time.

I'm allergic to dairy, so I used almond milk instead of heavy cream. The meatballs were still delicious!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my meatballs turned out dry. I'm not sure what went wrong.
