Steps:
- 1. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray. Mix hamburger, rice and eggs and shape into meatballs and place on the cookie sheet. Bake in a 375º oven until brown on all sides. Remove meatballs and put them in a casserole dish.
- 2. Mix soup and milk to gravy consistency. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 400º for a hour. It will be bubbly.
- 3. You can serve the meatballs over cooked rice.
