Meatballs & Cream of Chicken Soup image

1 - 1 1/2 lb hamburger
1/2 c rice, long grain (use 1 cup is using instant)
2 eggs
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
milk

Steps:

  • 1. Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with no-stick cooking spray. Mix hamburger, rice and eggs and shape into meatballs and place on the cookie sheet. Bake in a 375º oven until brown on all sides. Remove meatballs and put them in a casserole dish.
  • 2. Mix soup and milk to gravy consistency. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 400º for a hour. It will be bubbly.
  • 3. You can serve the meatballs over cooked rice.
