Meatball & Ricotta Stuffed Shells image

This dish is really easy to make, and my husband and three year old son love it. I used turkey meatballs, but you can use any type of meatball for this recipe. A salad would make a great side dish!

I've made these shells several times now and they're always a crowd-pleaser. The ricotta filling is so creamy and delicious, and the meatballs add a nice savory flavor. I usually serve them with a side of marinara sauce for dipping.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed these shells. I'm not usually a fan of ricotta cheese, but it was really good in this dish. The meatballs were also very flavorful and juicy.

These shells were easy to make and turned out great! I used ground turkey instead of beef for the meatballs, and they were still very flavorful. I also added some chopped spinach to the ricotta filling for extra nutrition.
