I absolutely love this recipe! It is fairly inexpensive and it serves many people. It comes from the Chinese Village Cookbook by Rhonda Yee.

I love spicy food, so I added some chili peppers to the sauce. It gave the dish a nice kick without being overpowering. This is a great recipe for those who like their food with a little bit of heat.

I've made this recipe several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The chicken is always juicy and the sauce is perfectly balanced. I like to add a little bit of heat with some red pepper flakes.
