4 tablespoons hot water
¼ cup brown sugar
2 egg yolks
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons hot water
1 teaspoon green tea powder (matcha)

I found this mousse to be a bit bland. I would add more matcha powder next time.

This mousse is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar by half next time.

I wasn't sure about the matcha flavor at first, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's a very subtle flavor that pairs well with the white chocolate.
