Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Wet hamburger buns with water, then squeeze out excess.
- 3. Dice onion.
- 4. Mix hamburger, corned beef hash, eggs, wet buns, onion, salt, and pepper.
- 5. Bake in 9 x 13 casserole dish for 1 hour.
- 6. Drain excess grease.
- 7. Prepare gravy according to package directions and pour over meat loaf.
- 8. Bake for 15 minutes.
