2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
Pinch of coarse salt
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my Dutch baby pancake didn't turn out very well. It was too dense and didn't have much flavor.

Overall, I thought this was a good recipe. The pancake was light and fluffy, and I liked the flavor. However, I think it could be improved with a few tweaks.

The pancake was a little too thick for my liking. I think I would have preferred it if it had been thinner.

This Dutch baby pancake was a bit too eggy for my taste. I think I would have liked it better if I had used less eggs.
