Just one bite of these fritters takes me back to when my kids were young. Nowadays for our get-togethers, I sometimes triple the recipe. Serve fritters with maple syrup or agave nectar. —Marina Castle Kelley, Canyon Country, California

These corn fritters were a disaster! The batter was too thin and the fritters fell apart in the pan. I also found them to be too sweet. I would not recommend this recipe.

These corn fritters were just okay. They were easy to make, but I found them to be a bit bland. I think they could have used more seasoning. I also found them to be a bit too greasy. I might try making them again with some adjustments to the recipe.

I'm not a huge fan of corn, but these fritters were surprisingly delicious! The sweetness of the corn paired perfectly with the savory batter. I also loved the texture - crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. I'll definitely be maki
