Steps:
- Saute onion, bell pepper and parsley in olive oil or canola oil. Add corn and hominy, heat through. Add salt, garlic and soy sauce (and red pepper sauce, if desired). Add the white wine or white grape juice (which is an excellent taste sensation). Bring to a simmer then add the pork. Cover and simmer for 1 hour. Serve in shallow bowls over cheesy grits and sprinkle a little fresh parsley before serving. MMMMM Good!
