Maple Walnut Sundae Sauce image

A Moosewood recipe which is quick and easy. And great for those omega 3 healthy fats [at least that is what I tell myself...]

3/4 cup walnut pieces, toasted
1/2 cup maple syrup

Steps:

  • Combine the toasted walnuts and the maple syrup. Heat if desired.
  • Spoon over icecream or frozen yoghurt.
