These tarts are a great way to use up leftover cranberries. I always have a bunch of cranberries left over after Thanksgiving, and these tarts are the perfect way to use them up.

I'm not a big fan of cranberries, so I substituted them with blueberries in the filling. They turned out great! The tarts were still sweet and tart, but the blueberries added a nice pop of color.

I had some trouble getting the filling to set properly. I think I may have overcooked it slightly. However, the tarts still tasted good, and the crust was perfect.

These tarts were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred them with less maple syrup in the filling. However, the crust was delicious, and the tarts were overall very easy to make.
