Maple Oatmeal Pie ( Dog Team Tavern ) image

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 eggs
2 tblsp. butter
2/3 cup oatmeal
2/3 cup coconut
½ cup crushed walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups maple syurp

Steps:

  • 1. Beat the eggs and butter together. Combine the rest of ingredients and stir well. Put mixture in a pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. May vary from oven to oven.
