I'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but this one was really good. The maple honey flavor was subtle and not overpowering. I would definitely make this again.

The cheesecake was delicious, but the crust was a bit too hard for my liking. Next time I will try using a different crust recipe.

This cheesecake was a bit too sweet for my taste, but it was still very good. The crust was nice and crunchy, and the filling was smooth and creamy. I would recommend using less maple syrup or honey next time.
