Maple Butter Tarts with Raisins image

This was the recipe I used for making my perfect butter tart. The maple syrup adds a little something different and it is not a runny tart. This is a good recipe because I don't like runny butter tarts, and this set up perfect.

The crust was a bit too crumbly for my liking. I think I'll try using a different recipe next time.

These tarts were a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try using less maple syrup next time.

I'm not a huge fan of maple syrup, but I still enjoyed these tarts. The filling was really creamy and the crust was flaky.

The only thing I would change about this recipe is to add a bit more salt to the crust. I found it to be a bit bland.

These tarts are the perfect combination of sweet and tart. The maple flavor is really prominent, and the raisins add a nice chewy texture.

I've tried many maple butter tart recipes, but this one is by far the best. The filling is perfectly smooth and creamy, and the crust is flaky and buttery.
