Mango Salsa with Corn and Black Beans image

This mango salsa goes great with your favorite tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled chicken or fish! It only takes a handful of ingredients and is ready in just minutes!

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (10 ounce) can white shoepeg corn, drained
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1 lime, juiced
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Stir the diced mango, black beans, corn, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
