Steps:
- Combine mango, cilantro, jicama and green onions in a medium bowl.
- Mix together ponzu lime juice, brown sugar and cayenne pepper in a separate container, making sure the sugar is dissolved.
- Pour mixture over mango combination, toss to coat.
