This is a sweet and salty soup, for low sodium leave out the soy sauce, but it will not taste the same (somewhere on here is a recipe for low sodium soy sauce). This soup reheats and freezes well.

This soup is perfect for a cold winter day. It's warm and comforting, and the mandarin oranges add a bit of sunshine.

This soup was a great way to use up some leftover chicken. It was also a nice change from my usual soup recipes.

I found this soup to be a bit bland. I think it needed more seasoning or maybe some additional vegetables to give it more flavor.

This soup was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less mandarin oranges or maybe a different type of citrus fruit.

This soup was a delightful surprise! The combination of sweet mandarin oranges and savory chicken broth was unexpected but worked so well together. I added a bit of ginger and garlic for an extra kick, and it turned out absolutely delicious. Definite
