Mandarin Orange Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 4

small can(s) mandarin oranges (drained)
small pkg orange jello mix
12 oz coolwhip
1 c cottage cheese, small curd

Steps:

  • 1. Drain mandarin oranges, set aside about 4 to top. Break the other pieces in half.
  • 2. Mix jello with Cool Whip, add oranges, then add cottage cheese. Mix up, put in bowl. Decorate the top with 4 or more oranges to look a star or flower.
  • 3. Chill at least 30 or more minutes & serve! :)
