Steps:
- 1. Drain mandarin oranges, set aside about 4 to top. Break the other pieces in half.
- 2. Mix jello with Cool Whip, add oranges, then add cottage cheese. Mix up, put in bowl. Decorate the top with 4 or more oranges to look a star or flower.
- 3. Chill at least 30 or more minutes & serve! :)
