Steps:
- Chop Lettuces. In silver stone pan heap 3 Tbsp. sugar. Add 1 cup sliced almonds. Stir together until coated and sugar has carmelized then remove pan from heat .This only takes a few minutes, do not stop stirring or it will burn.Place almonds on aluminum foil to cool.
