MANDARIN ORANGE & BLUE CHEESE SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 18

2 bags Mixed greens or baby spinach (use whole bag) mix the two
2 chopped tomatoes
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 sliced red onion
1/2 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c slivered almonds (toasted) or 1/4 c toasted pecans
1/4 c blue cheese crumbles
1/2 c diced apple
Dressing
1/2 c olive oil
1/8 c balsamic vinegar
1 tsp fresh ground pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp basil
1/8 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tblps blue cheese dressing

Steps:

  • Toss salad. Mix salad dressing ingredients together in jar - shake well. Serve on salad - serve immediately.
