Mandarin Orange Bean Salad image

This gem was found while browsing through my great-grandma's recipe box. I slightly reduce the sugar when I make it and sometimes add toasted slivered almonds. Best if made a day before, but not necessary to do so.

I didn't like this salad at all. The dressing was too oily and the salad was too sweet.

I followed the recipe exactly, but my salad didn't turn out as good as the picture. I think I might have used the wrong kind of beans.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I'll try it again with less sugar in the dressing.

I found this salad to be a bit bland. I think it could use a little more seasoning.

I'm not a huge fan of citrus salads, but this one is an exception. The dressing is perfectly balanced and the salad is very refreshing.

This salad was a hit at my party! The combination of sweet mandarin oranges, crunchy green beans, and creamy white beans is irresistible. I also loved the pop of flavor from the red onion and the freshness from the parsley.
