MANDARIN ORANGE AND LETTUCE SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 5

6 cups torn mixed greens or 1 16-ounce package mixed lettuce
1 11-ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup cashew nuts, toasted
1/2 cup commercial Italian or sweet and sour salad dressing

Steps:

  • Combine first four ingredients in a salad bowl. Pour salad dressing over and toss. Serve immediately.
