I was a little hesitant to try this recipe because I'm not a big fan of bell peppers, but I'm so glad I did! The sauce is delicious and the beef is so tender.

This dish is ridiculously delicious and quick to come together! This time, I added some sliced water chestnuts and baby corn for crunch. Served it over jasmine rice and it disappeared in our household of three in record time!
