I'm obsessed with lemon and over the years perfected this lucious gooey lemon bar recipe. Everyone that tries it is instantly hooked and just as obsessed. They are simple to make but i usually only make them for people I love because I don't want to part with them!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix the first three ingredients together and press into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
- 2. While the crust is baking mix all other ingredients together EXCEPT for the baking powder.
- 3. After the crust is done baking take it out. Immediately add the baking powder to the lemon mixture, mixing it well, then pour it into the pan, on top of the crust. Bake for another 25 min. Remove from oven to cool.
- 4. Let bars cool then dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares at desired size and enjoy!
