1 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup milk
1 egg
2 cups grated sweet potatoes
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients together in a 5 by 2 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven.
  • 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
  • stir 2 to 3 times to keep from burning.
  • Bake until top brown.
