I had some trouble getting the toffee sauce to the right consistency. It kept crystallizing on me. But once I finally got it right, the dessert was delicious.

This dessert was a bit too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. They especially enjoyed the toffee crunch. I would recommend using less sugar next time.

I'm not usually a fan of toffee, but this dessert changed my mind. The toffee crunch was perfectly balanced by the creamy mousse and the chocolate ganache. It was a real treat.
