Make Your Own Single-Serve Vanilla Yogurt image

Although it lacks the portability of something like Yoplait, Dannon, Stoneyfield Farms, etc. it's a good alternative if you like a cup of yogurt with breakfast. Most are 6 oz instead of a full cup, so I decided to use that measurement instead. Except for when I can get them really cheap or need to carry them to school or work, I think I'll use this method to make vanilla yogurt from now on. No HFCS monkey business here!

The yogurt was a little too tart for my taste, but I was able to sweeten it up with some honey. Overall, I'm happy with the recipe and will definitely be making it again.
