This dish was a little too heavy for my taste. I think I would prefer a lighter pastitsio recipe.

I've tried a few different pastitsio recipes, and this one is my favorite. The bechamel sauce is so creamy and flavorful, and the pasta is cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this recipe.
