Mahi Mahi Ceviche image

This mahi mahi ceviche requires a little bit of knife work, but when you consider the seasonal advantage of not using the stove, and just how tasty this really is, I think it's all worthwhile. You can also use shrimp, scallops, swordfish, and snapper.

I was disappointed with this ceviche. The fish was overcooked and the flavors were not very well-balanced.

This ceviche was a bit too sour for my taste, but I think that's just a personal preference. The fish was cooked perfectly, though.

My family loved this ceviche! The fish was tender and flavorful, and the lime juice and cilantro gave it a nice kick. We served it with tortilla chips and avocado, and it was a perfect summer meal.

I'm not usually a fan of ceviche, but this recipe changed my mind. The lime juice and cilantro really complemented the fish, and the avocado added a creamy richness. I'll definitely be making this again!
