- Melt soft margarine and saute onion, garlic and scotch bonnet pepper.
- Add coconut cream and simmer for 8 minutes.
- Add mackerel in tomato sauce and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve hot with boiled dumpling and boiled green bananas.
