Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking pan. Measure and mix together cocoa, flour, and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla and softened butter. Stir in nuts.
- 2. Pour into prepared baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Let cool.
- 3. Prepare icing. Icing recipe: 1/4 c softened butter 1/4 c can milk (regular milk is fine) 1/4 c cocoa 3 c powdered sugar dash salt Mix all together & frost as desired.
