Lower Fat Crinkle - Cake Mix Pudding Mix Cookies image

Lighter version of Karen=^..^='s cookies Recipe #29807. Very light and airy. Yogurt adds another .5 gram carb per cookie. Egg beaters add a little more protein. NOTE: I tried this recipe, and it tasted like crap the next day.

These cookies are a great way to use up leftover cake mix and pudding mix. They're also a lot healthier than traditional cookies.
