Low Fat Yellow Squash Casserole image

I love squash casserole but you can't eat a lot because it is kind of fattening. This recipe takes the guilt out but leaves the flavor in. Very good for those of you who are trying to cut your fat intake.

I was skeptical about this recipe because I'm not a big fan of yellow squash, but I was pleasantly surprised! The casserole was delicious and I couldn't even taste the squash. My husband and kids loved it too.
