Steps:
- Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Heat skillet over high heat for 30 seconds. Add turkey, sprinkle with seasonings and saute until browned and no longer pink. Add black beans, green chilies and salsa; cover skillet and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve on baked baked tortilla chips with salsa, shredded non-fat cheese, chopped tomatoes, shredded lettuce and taco sauce.
