Low Fat Rice Krispie Meat Loaf image

Low in fat because you use a mixture of ground turkey, lean ground beef, rice krispies and egg substitute. A dear friend gave me this recipe and it is delicious. You could of coarse use real egg.

I wasn't a fan of this recipe. The meatloaf was dry and bland.

I've tried several low-fat meatloaf recipes before, but this one is by far the best. It's moist, flavorful, and has just the right amount of crunch from the rice krispies.
