Low Fat Key Lime Pie image

I tried with rasberry jello and it also works! Can do with or without crust. I dip lowfat gram crackers into it instead of crust.

I had some trouble getting the crust to set. I think I might have overbaked it. The filling was delicious, though.

This pie is a bit too tart for my taste, but I still enjoyed it. I think next time I'll add a little more sugar to the filling.

I love key lime pie, but I'm always hesitant to make it because of the high fat content. This low-fat version was a great alternative. It was just as delicious as the traditional version, but without all the guilt.
