3 large bananas
1/4 cup Splenda granular
1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup diced strawberry

Steps:

  • Mash bananas.
  • Add Splenda and mix.
  • Add the egg beaters and mix.
  • In a separate bowl, mix baking soda, baking powder, flour, and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix.
  • Add applesauce and strawberries. Mix well.
  • Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.
