This was another staple when I was low carbing. You can change the level of spice by choosing a spicy sausage or hot pork rinds. They are very good with mustard or salsa.

I'm on a low-carb diet. Are these scotch eggs really low-carb?

I'm allergic to almonds. Do you think I could use another type of flour in this recipe?

These scotch eggs were a total disaster! The sausage filling was undercooked and the almond flour coating was soggy. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I won't be making these again.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my scotch eggs turned out really bland. I followed the recipe exactly, but they just didn't have much flavor.

Overall, I thought these scotch eggs were pretty good. They were easy to make and they tasted pretty good, but I think they could have been better with a little more seasoning.

These scotch eggs were a bit dry for my taste. I think I'll try adding some more moisture next time, maybe with a little bit of mayonnaise or sour cream.

I'm not a huge fan of hard-boiled eggs, but I loved these scotch eggs. The sausage and cheese filling was so flavorful and the almond flour coating was crispy and delicious.

These were a bit more work than I expected, but they were totally worth it. The flavors and textures were amazing!

I love that these scotch eggs are made with almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. It makes them so much healthier and they still taste amazing.
