- Chop cabbage and place in greased baking dish.
- Brown meat and onion; stir in rice.
- Pour on top of cabbage.
- Mix soup and water.
- Pour over entire casserole.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour.
- Add more water if casserole gets too dry.
