Low Calorie Blueberry Muffins image

1 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon orange zest
5 egg whites
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup frozen blueberries

Steps:

  • Mix dry ingredients together.
  • Fold in egg whites then vanilla extract.
  • Add blueberries careful to not over mix.
  • Pour in to cupcake paper lined muffin tins.
  • Bake at 375 until toothpick comes out clean.
