Louisiana Crawfish Casserole Recipe - (4.5/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 12

1 lb. crawfish tails
1 French Onion Soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 Cream of Mushroom Soup (10 3/4 oz.)
1 Can Rotel Tomatoes (10 oz.)
1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
1/3 cup melted butter
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1/3 cup chopped parsley
1 cup chopped celery
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated Monterrey Jack Cheese
1 cup grated Cheddar

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except cheeses in greased casserole dish or Dutch Oven, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 15 more minutes.
