Steps:
- Cook linguine as per package instructions. Make sauce while pasta is cooking. Lightly saute the crushed garlic with the capers and olives in oil. DON'T BROWN. Add a few tablespoons of the boiling pasta water and add chopped parsley, salt and fresh ground pepper. Let cook a few minutes. Remove from heat and add tuna. Drain pasta, toss with sauce, and serve with parmesan.
