LIMEADE CHICKEN
Yummy! Serve with lime wedges, a seasoned white rice and a salad and it makes a great meal quick meal.

Steps:
- 1. Sprinkle chicken evenly with the salt and pepper.
- 2. Brown chicken in a lightly greased non stick pan over medium high heat 4 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet.
- 3. Add limeade concentrate, brown sugar and ketchup to pan and cook 5 -7 minutes until thickened.
- 4. Return chicken to pan, cover and cook 10- 15 minutes.
