Lime Parfait Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (3-ounce) box lime jello (4-serving size)
1 1/4 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® shortbread pie shell
2 cups non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. In medium bowl dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in lime juice. Add ice cream, by spoonfuls, stirring until melted. Pour into crust.2. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until set. Spread whipped topping over gelatin layer. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator.*NOTE: May substitute lemon gelatin and lemon juice for lime gelatin and lime juice. Stir in 1/2 teaspoong grated lemon peel, if desired.
